What the application asks for
Your name, gender, date of birth, nationality and region; your phone number, email address (optional) and home address; an emergency contact; your education; your programme choices; and, if you have one, your ID type and number. You also upload a passport-style photo and, where relevant, a photo of your ID and certificates.
Why we ask
To review your application, contact you about it, check for duplicate applications and, if you are admitted, create your student record.
Data protection (Act 843)
JBC handles personal data under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). You will be asked for your consent separately from the application declaration. To ask about, see or correct the information we hold about you, contact the admissions office at [email protected].
